Waterstone is a 500 + mixed use community consisting of Single Family and Townhomes located in historic Fort Mill, South Carolina. Fort Mill is a wonderful town located along the I-77 corridor in the northernmost part of South Carolina - a popular location because of its award-winning schools and low South Carolina taxes.  Our neighborhood's close proximity to the Charlotte metropolitan area provides numerous educational, recreational and employment opportunities.

You can also join the Waterstone Neighbors group on Facebook!  The Facebook page is set up for neighbors to interact and share activities/ideas.  To be accepted in the group, all you have to do is answer a few questions, before you can be approved to join.  This page is not monitored by the Board of Directors. 
 
 
The Waterstone Home Owners Association 
 
The Waterstone Home Owners Association (HOA) for the Waterstone neighborhood, Fort Mill, SC, is a not-for-profit corporation, with each lot owner a member. Its purpose is to maintain the appearance and property values of the neighborhood, through education and enforcement of the covenants. The social goal of the HOA is to provide information and foster a sense of community.
 
Details of the activities of the HOA Board and its members can be viewed in the HOA By-Laws. See the "By-Laws" and "Covenants" provided by your realtor or on our website under "Documents & Forms."
