We are pleased to announce that Waterstone Homeowners’ Association has partnered with Red Rock Management for HOA services. Beginning December 1st 2020, Red Rock will serve as the new management company and moving forward, your HOA dues payment and any HOA related questions may be directed to the Red Rock Team.

Powerful Tools
Paying your HOA dues should be easy! Red Rock be mailing out coupon books in the upcoming weeks and Homeowners should receive them in January. Payments can be mailed in, or, you can easily pay your dues online via the resident portal at www.MyRedRockAccount.com. Payments made by e-check are free. In addition, owners may submit and track maintenance requests, monitor violations, and join in on the community discussion. You may also download the same great features on your mobile device with our Resident Center App on iOS or Android.
Our partnership with CenterState provides your community with the most financial benefits available, while ensuring security and peace of mind from one of the nation’s leading financial institutions. It also provides you with more payment options, including online payments, auto drafts, and the ability to pay dues at any CenterState branch nationwide.
Effective December 1st 2020, you can pay through the online portal (www.MyRedRockAccount.com) or mail in your payments using to our Center State Bank payment processing center. Be sure to include your address and account number when sending in your check or money orders:

"So, how do I create an account?”
Step 1:Visit www.MyRedRockAccount.com and sign up for an account under the “Register Online” link located at the top of the page.
Step 2: Fill out the required fields and click “submit”’
Step 3: You’ll be sent a temporary password which you’ll then use to log into “Resident Sign in Area”
Step 4: After registering, you’ll receive an email containing your username titled “Welcome to you new owner account with Red Rock Management!” Please allow up to 1 business day after registering to receive this email and be sure to check your spam/junk folders! ***Once you receive the link, its only valid for one hour for security purposes***

Waterstone Homeowners Association & The Red Rock Team
Dear Waterstone Residents,
The Waterstone Board of Directors is excited to announce that we've signed a 1-year contract with Red Rock Management effective Dec 1st, 2020.
Our goal is to ensure our homeowners are provided the service and amenities that support an outstanding quality of life. The decision to make a management change had everything to do with making our homes, our amenities, our security and our common spaces the very best residential community in Fort Mill. We look forward to receiving a new level of service which will continue to enhance and grow our community. We are thankful for the effort and energy the 2019 Board of Directors invested in the vetting process of new management companies!

Until further notice, invoicing and paying your dues will remain unchanged. Cedar Management will remain engaged with us and support the invoicing and collection of association dues. Red Rock
will be mailing out welcome letters out early to mid November so homeowners will have time to get their bank info changed, etc. If you don't receive any information, please contact the WBOD and we'll work with Red Rock to have mailings resent. We want to make sure all homeowners get the necessary information they need to make this transition as smooth as possible. Know that we'll be here, right along side of you, each step of the way! This is the 1st time in over 10 years that we've had a change in property management companies and expect that there may some small bumps along the way, but our goal is to make the experience as pleasant and seemless as possible. 
Please note that the current Waterstone HOA website (www.waterstonehoa.org) will continue to be the HOA primary website for community updates and announcements; this is owned and operated by the HOA directly.

Red Rock will be coming up to speed very quickly and working with the Board of Directors to enforce our Community By-Laws and CCR's. For some, this level of management may not be welcome and potentially upsetting due to the many years of neglect our community faced. Issues such as but not limited to:
*Architectural/landscaping changes without approval
*Mailboxes in need of repair/replacement
*Missing or faded shutters
*Homes in need of power washing
*Improperly stored garbage cans
*Overgrown grass/weeds
Issues such as these have the potential to negatively impact your surrounding neighbors and overall community aesthetics. Our hope is that we embrace the well needed change and the long term value it will bring.
