Recent storms throughout community
Posted on Aug 15th, 2021

Hi neighbors,

The Board of Directors is aware of several storm drains throughout the community that are covered with debris and pine needles from the recent storms. As part of Peak Residentials monthly inspection, they will be out in the upcoming days to clear away debris that has settled on top of the grates to ensure that water can drain freely.

We kindly ask that residents refrain from trying to put debris down any of the storm drains.  If debris gets inside of the storm drains, it may cause issues in the future which can lead to neighborhood flooding.

For the safety of our homeowners, report any down trees or branches throughout the common areas, please do not attempt to remove yourself. Residents can call Red Rock's emergency maintenance dispatch and report the location of the issue.

Lastly, if you experience a roof leak please contact Red Rock management directly and request an emergency dispatch.

As always, please let us know if you have any questions!

Sincerely,

Waterstone Board of Directors
