Association Annual Meetings

Hi Neighbors,
As we plan for the upcoming Annual meetings on August 31st, we want to share some helpful information as to how each meeting will take place. 
As previously communicated, each Association will hold their own separate Annual meeting. The first half of the meeting with be the Master Annual meeting, where both single family and townhome owners can attend. The second half of the meeting will be the Townhome Annual meeting where ONLY Townhome owners can attend.  Voting for both of the Associations Board members will take place at each meeting as long as quorum is met. 
Quorum Requirements: 
Master: Total of 58 households
Townhomes: Total of 22 households
If quorum is not met for either Association meeting, the meeting will adjourn and a second meeting will be rescheduled for early October with a reduced quorum. A 30-day written notice will be mailed to residents as per our governing documents.

Reminder: This is an in person Annual meeting. Due to Covid19 we ask that if you have been sick, are sick, or have come in contact with someone that tested positive that you please do not attend. The proxy form is attached if you are unable to attend. We kindly ask that you mail or return the proxy forms directly to Red Rock Management.

Time: Master Annual 6:30-7:10pm
          Townhomes: 7:20pm-8:00pm
