Waterstone Board of Directors Email Address Change

Hi Neighbors.
 
Waterstone Board of Directors hopes you are enjoying the holidays.  We have received feedback that some of you are not receiving information we are distributing by email.  The reason this could be happening is because of recent email address changes for both Red Rock and Waterstone Board of Directors.
 
Red Rock messages now come from donotreply@GoWithRedrock.com.
 
Waterstone Board of Directors now has a gmail account where we can send, receive and reply to your messages. That address is bodwaterstone@gmail.com
 
NOTE:  Please check your spam/junk folder for anything you may have missed since November 1st. In addition, it may be helpful to add the new addresses to your contacts.
 
Following is an important message sent by Red Rock on December 20, 2021, that we want to ensure you have received:
 
Hi Neighbor,
 
Please be advised that January 1, 2022 HOA dues should be paid to Red Rock Management.
 
Communications will be sent out to residents in mid-January 2022 with instructions for future payments.
 
If a payment is made, it will reflect on your ledger. During the transition, all ledgers will be sent to the new management company.
