Good Afternoon Waterstone Townhomes Owner(s),

I hope this email finds you well! I wanted to advise that this afternoon, you will be receiving 2 emails from us, each with a registration link to set up your owner portals. One will be for your Townhome Association Owners Portal, and the other will be for your Waterstone POA Portal. PLEASE register both with the same password (your email address will automatically be elected as your username). Doing this will ensure the accounts are linked with the same login, and allow you to toggle back and forth between them with ease.

The reason you have 2 portals is because you are a voting member of both associations, and we want to ensure you are in the loop on all matters for both associations,. Once you activate the portals, you will be able to set up your future payments for both the townhomes and POA properly.
