Townhouse Roof Replacement / Potential Flu Vent Damage
Posted on Nov 16th, 2021
The following is a message from the Townhouse Association Board:
It's been recently brought to our attention that one Townhouse Owner found the Furnace Exhaust Vent in their attic had been damaged during the roof replacement process in summer 2021. As a follow up, Capital City Exteriors completed a number of random flu vent checks. The results have come back with no issues of concern; however, the Townhouse Association Board that was elected on August 31, 2021, has decided to have every potentially affected Townhouse that had the roof replaced this summer be independently inspected. Note: those Townhouses that were inspected in October by Capital City Exteriors will not be inspected again.
