Townhouse Roof Replacement / Potential Flu Vent Damage
Posted on Nov 16th, 2021

The following is a message from the Townhouse Association Board:

It's been recently brought to our attention that one Townhouse Owner found the Furnace Exhaust Vent in their attic had been damaged during the roof replacement process in summer 2021.  As a follow up, Capital City Exteriors completed a number of random flu vent checks. The results have come back with no issues of concern; however, the Townhouse Association Board that was elected on August 31, 2021, has decided to have every potentially affected Townhouse that had the roof replaced this summer be independently inspected. Note: those Townhouses that were inspected in October by Capital City Exteriors will not be inspected again.  Click here for the letter showing details on how to request an appointment for an inspection by a qualified contractor.  You must be registered on the website to access the letter.
