The transition to our new property management company, New Town HOA Management, began on January 31, 2022 and we have been busy meeting with them to align the immediate needs in our community.

 

By now, you should have received information from New Town on how to create login credentials for their portal to access your account and other important neighborhood information. It is important that New Town have an email address on file for every household in the neighborhood to ensure delivery of important information!

 

As a reminder all HOA payments should be made payable to Waterstone HOA or Waterstone Townhouse HOA and sent directly to New Town HOA Management. There are several options for paying your HOA dues including online payments via the New Town portal, check or money order via US Mail, or online bill payment process through your own bank.

 

For assistance to access their portal, make a payment, or if you have not received prior correspondence from New Town, be sure to contact them via email at info@NewTownHOA.com or by phone at 803-366-5262.

 

Over the next few weeks, you can expect to see a lot of activity throughout our community as we address a myriad of issues that were ignored by our previous management company including…

·         Community-wide Spring landscaping cleanup

·         Townhouse Parking

·         Fence repairs along Coralstone

·         And more.

 

In addition, once the final transition documents from Red Rock are received, we will schedule a Special Meeting of the Waterstone HOA and Waterstone Townhouse Neighborhood HOA. The preliminary Agenda for this meeting includes:

·         Meet the representatives from New Town HOA Management

·         Financial reports

·         Townhouse Roof Replacement project update

·         Overview of service vendors and contracts

·         Q & A period

 

Be on the lookout for more information about this Special Meeting over the next few weeks. In the meantime, we encourage all Owners and Residents to submit your questions and/or topics of concern to info@NewTownHOA.com prior to this Special Meeting.

 

We are very excited to begin this new relationship with New Town and look forward to the positive improvements we expect to see in the immediate future.
