Landscaping Project Updates

Good day Neighbors,
For those residents who weren't able to attend the 2nd Quarterly Virtual Meeting, we wanted to provide a few updates on ongoing Landscaping projects.
Please note, dates are subject to change due to weather or other issues outside of our control. We will do our best to communicate any changes as information becomes available.
Equally, the Board of Directors and our Landscaping vendor aware of a leak at the island entrance at Gold Hill Road; they are working to have it repaired.
Community wide bush trimming, tree pruning along Vandora Springs and community wide pine needle refresh is now scheduled to occur throughout June 2021
Missing bush replacement in Townhomes and throughout the common areas is scheduled to occur the 2nd week in June 2021
Aeration of all Bermuda grass in Townhomes and all applicable common areas scheduled for some time in June 2021
Landscaping install in the island of Hwy 160 (near Aldi) scheduled for some time in June 2021
Following the Bermuda aeration in the month of June, seeding/watering of any barren areas, etc scheduled for some time in July 2021
