Hi Neighbors, 

We have noticed that there are a lot of overgrown trees that are hanging into common areas, streets, and over the fence lines. In the single family, tree trimming is all homeowner responsibility. For the townhome owners any trees that have been planted in side the fence line are homeowner responsibility. Please take a look around your property and trim up any trees that may need it.  Please have this completed by July 16th to avoid any violations.
