Annual Meeting-Waterstone HOA

Hi Neighbors,
The following save the date has gone out for the Annual Meeting! In accordance with our governing docs, all Homeowners will also be MAILED a notice via the USPS which will include ballots and a proxy. If you do not receive the MAILED notice by 07/30/21 please reach out to Red Rock Management.
You're invited to the Waterstone Annual Meeting 
Come out for a great time with neighbors as we plan for another wonderful year. Red Rock Management will sponsor a Meet & Greet with refreshments prior to the meeting.
When: Tuesday, August 31st at 6:30pm

Annual Meeting Quorum required is 1/10th of the community which equates to 36 single family homeowners and 22 townhome homeowners. If Quorum is not met, no voting can take place and a second meeting will be scheduled.  
We will be voting for a total of 6 board members this year, 3 for the Single Family Association and 3 for the Townhome Association to serve a 1 year term and encourage your participation. Once elected, the Board members will then vote for the position and role he/she will occupy on their respective Boards. Each Association will have their own set of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend the annual meeting. Homeowners with accounts delinquent more than 60 days may not vote on agenda items. Rental tenants may not vote on any matters concerning the HOA. If you have an interest in serving on the board, please fill out the attached application and return it to support@gowithredrock.com. Please have these into Red Rock 24hours prior to the meeting.  Floor nominations will be welcomed.   If you are unable to attend or would like a representative to vote in your place, please use the proxy form that will be mailed along with the meeting notice.  Once complete, please fax, email, or mail your proxy form to Red Rock Management no less than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Again, we encourage everyone to attend and take-part in making our community the best that it can be.
