Parking Lot Paving Meeting Notice

August 29, 2017

 

 

 

 

 

Dear Waterstone Resident:

 

The Board of Directors of Waterstone Townhouse Neighborhood Homeowners Association, Inc. has scheduled a meeting to discuss our parking lot repaving project.  The meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. The meeting will take place at the Lake Wylie Lutheran Church located at 2906 SC-160, Fort Mill, SC 29715. 

 

 

We will be milling and paving the entire townhome parking lot areas in October of 2017.  The project will begin on Monday, October 9, 2017 and conclude on Monday, October 30, 2017, weather permitting.  You will need to park your vehicle in a different area for the days indicated on the attached schedule. Dates are subject to change if weather delays or unforeseen equipment failures.

 

You will find a listing by address and street on page 2 of this mailing.  Please note that we will be placing fliers on your doors one business day prior to your alternate parking day.  Any vehicles parked in restricted zones will be towed to the pool parking lot.  If your vehicle is towed, please walk to the pool parking lot to retrieve it.  On certain days, parking will be available in the designated area around 6-7 pm, until the next morning at 6 am. The cones will be removed from the area overnight if parking is allowed that night.  The dates of milling and reclamation are drivable that evening and early the next morning.  The days of seal coat and paving must not be driven on for a full 24 hours.

 

The only towing we will perform during this project is to tow vehicles to the pool parking lot for necessary areas.  On street parking and parking on common areas will be permitted for the duration of the project only.
